Return Process

  Contact our support team via the ticket system or email within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the provided RMA form to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items

  Send the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
