How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, while expedited options like DHL or FedEx usually arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective products. If your item arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact our support team with photos or video for a replacement or refund.
Does my BETAFPV drone come with a warranty?
Yes, all BETAFPV products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Note that hardware damage caused by crashes, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and specialized payment options like Google Pay and Apple Pay for a secure checkout experience.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse for shipment, we are unable to make further changes.
